We believe every child deserves equal opportunities to succeed.
This is what drives us.
Our Home offers residential care to girls aged between 6 years to 12 years who come from challenging family situations which may put them at risk. Our integrated Special Student Care Centre offers before/after school care for primary school children, including those with hearing impairment, dyslexia and families needing financial assistance.
In view of the changing social landscape, the Canossian Sisters made the decision to cease the residential service of CCH to be more relevant to the times. We are rebranded now as Canossaville Children and Community Services (CCCS) to serve the wider community in MacPherson/ Aljunied. There are plans to expand our Special Student Care, as well as start an Inclusive Childcare Centre to cater to mainstream and Special Needs children, giving priority for the most needy. We aim to include a specialist team consisting of speech therapist, an educational psychologist, social workers etc called “Canossian Circle of Care” to provide additional professional help for children and families within the Eduplex, and ultimately within the community.
Operations for the new centres will begin in 2018.
We work creatively to provide our children with emotional and psychological support. We partner with stakeholders to create a network of care and nurturance for children. The work we do supports the eventual reintegration of our residents with their families. By cultivating key qualities and values, our hope is that they will contribute positively to society.

CCCS is run with guidance from the Canossian Daughters of Charity and licensed by the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF).
We are part of the Canossian Eduplex, together with four other sectors – Canossa Convent, Canossian School (for the hearing impaired), Canossa Convent Primary School and Magdalene’s Kindergarten. This borderless concept was created to promote an integration of services and to encourage close interaction between each entity.
